Using a trauma informed lens, participants will explore the underlying beliefs that guide their self-care. Additionally, participants will practice applying the concepts of trauma responsiveness to themselves and explore how their level of self-compassion influences their professional and personal relationships. Participants will be both challenged and empowered to take action-oriented steps toward resilience.
