CarePortal Celebration Coordinator
Description: Assist with coordinating heavy hors d'oeuvres and dessert bar. Coordinating with event venue point of contact. Assist with set-up and break-down at event. Greeting guests.

Description: Promotes event through various channels to increase awareness and attendance. Maintains communication and documentation, and ensures ads are current and timely

Description: Organizes the necessary behind-the-scenes elements to make the event run flawlessly. Tracks expenses, organizes materials, oversees event layout and safety, and organizes event signs.

Description: Identifies individuals who may benefit from program, maintains relationships with entrepreneurs, promotes program to entities.

Hustle Tucson 101 Host Coordinator
Set up room, provides refreshments, records attendance, oversees needs of facilitators, creates fun atmosphere, enhances experience, schedules guest speakers, manages current program.

Hustle Tucson 101 Program Facilitator
Description: Curriculum instructor to present program materials, facilitates small group discussion, assists entrepreneurs in developing business plan. Do not have to attend every class.

Hustle Tucson 101 Guest Entrepreneur
Description: Attend one session of program to share own business experience within the course topic to inspire entrepreneurs in program.

Host Church – Hustle Entrepreneurship Program
Description: Host church to provide the physical space including large classroom with access to kitchen area, restrooms, and include in church bulletin to invite church members to be participants or volunteer in program.
Required Skills: Graphics for bulletins and announcements will be provided. Volunteers see other opportunities listed below.

Program: 12-week Christian financial literacy program on Tuesday evenings
Discussion Facilitators (Allies) – Faith & Finances Program
Description: Lead small group discussions on materials presented each week of class. Engage participants in building relationships with one another and provide a peer support atmosphere throughout program.
Required Skills: Comfortable starting conversations and helping people share their thoughts and progress on their goals. Desire to encourage people to have God lead them in all aspects of their life including setting financial goals and decisions. Training will be provided.
Program: 12-week Christian financial literacy program on Tuesday evenings
Program Promoter – Faith & Finances Program
Description: Help spread the word about the program through personal and professional contacts to recruit participants, volunteers, and others who would like to become involved in the program.
Required Skills: Comfortable starting conversations and sharing information one-to-one. An encourager who enjoys lifting people up to become who God designed them to be.
Description: Set dates on calendar. Make calls to potential venues, caterers and entertainment. Arrange logistics prior to event. Handle logistics during the event.
