Resilience Above Trauma During Covid-19

We are honored to have Dr. Da'Mond Holt as our guest speaker!

Dr. Holt currently works for Metropolitan State University of Denver Western Educational Equity Assistance Center (WEEAC) as a Trauma Expert, and for Tucson Unified School District as the Bullying Prevention Expert. Dr. Holt is a Certified Traumatologist through PESI, and a Certified Mental Health Specialist, Bullying Prevention Specialist, Trauma Crisis Specialist through the American School Counselor’s Association, and a Licensed Restorative Practice Trainer through IIRP. 

Dr.Holt's Training is an Asset-Based Approach to Trauma with a strong emphasis on resiliency and healing. "When trauma bring you lemons, you have the power to turn your lemons into lemonade". Dr. Holt doesn't just see his work as a training, but more importantly as a Movement of Healing. Learning Overview:
