Bernadette Ripoll moved to Arizona from Pennsylvania in 2005 with her husband, Irving, and 2 little guys. She has been married for 23 years and those 2 little guys are now 20 and 16 years old. She left everything behind in PA, including her comfort zone, and started over fresh. She did not know anybody but met a couple that invited them to church and from that day on she started to grow her relationship with God and seeks to continue to do so.
Health has been a passion of hers since completing Massage Therapy School (many years after graduating from high school and college) and later becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of AZ and starting her own small mobile massage biz here in 2009. That caused her to want to help more people all over the United States transform their health in more ways with fitness and nutrition and then became a Life Transformation Specialist (health/wellness coach). She believes that life, and health, is a gift from God and should not be taken for granted so she mentored, inspired, and encouraged people to succeed in living best health of their lives and still aims to do that today.
She used her online health coaching platform over the years to help people grow their relationship with God, motivate them to develop personal growth habits, helped them with budgeting and finances so they can become debt free, etc. Her and her husband even decided to lead their very first Financial Peace University class starting July 2019.
Bernadette and her family have been part of a foreign exchange student program from 2017 – 2019 and hosted teen boys from Italy, Poland, and Kenya. She’s a Volunteer Wish Granter for Make-A-Wish Foundation, a licensed foster parent to a teenager since 2018, has been a CarePortal point person partnering with State Children Welfare Agencies to help local children and families in crisis through the local church, and loves to serve at The Gospel Rescue Mission and partner with other ministries that also share her passion of transforming the lives of others in a very positive way for God.
She still does not know what God’s perfect plan is for her yet but her consistent prayer has been “Use me.” She believes He is using her life experiences over the years to mold her into who He wants her to be, growing her one day at a time. She loves God, going for long walks, is sunset obsessed, and loves being with her adorable dog named Oreo “This sums it up for me, from one of my favorite authors, John Maxwell, in his book Intentional Living… Choosing a Life That Matters: I want to make a difference, doing something that makes a difference, with people who make a difference, at a time that makes a difference.”
